This Privacy Policy explains how and for what purpose Taagzi TÜ with registration number 14949340 (administrator of the service located at taagzi.com, data controller) collects, processes and shares personal data.
Personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable person, such as e-mail address, mobile number and information about visits to this page taagzi.com, social media channels and the use of Taagzi TÜ services.

- Definitions
- Processing of personal data - any activity performed with the personal data of the user of the website (hereinafter user) - collection, processing, storage, correction or deletion of data.
- User - a person who visits the website, consumes services or transmits information to Taagzi.
- Service - all free and paid products and services offered by Taagzi.
- Collected data
- User's visit data - data collected automatically if the user has enabled analytics cookies. Collected to analyze service usability and improve the application. Includes visit time, channel (browser and device info), location, and subpages visited. Applies to all users.
- User's email address - required to send messages to the user. The messages may come from third parties who wish to contact the user via the Taagzi code. In addition, Taagzi also sends notifications to inform the user of possible updates and changes to the Service. Applies to registered users only.
- User's mobile number - optional, collected if the user also wants to receive notifications via SMS. Applies to registered users only.
- User's bank account details - required when joining a premium account - to submit invoices. Applies only to users with a registered premium account.
- User's postal address - required when ordering products from Taagzi, which are delivered by postal service.
- Usage and storage of data
- Personal data is stored on virtuaal.com servers located in the territory of a Member State of the European Union or countries that have joined the European Economic Area. Data may be transferred to countries whose level of data protection has been assessed as adequate by the European Commission and to US companies that are affiliated to the Privacy Shield framework.
- Taagzi employees have access to personal data, in order to resolve technical issues related to the use of the service and to provide customer support.
- Taagzi does not share user data with third parties, except for the reasons mentioned in these terms and conditions and as required by law.
- Taagzi shall implement appropriate physical, organizational and IT security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorized access and disclosure.
- Taagzi uses third parties (processors) in the following cases:
- Server hosting and administration of the service
- SMTP mail server service for forwarding e-mail
- SMS gateway for sending SMS messages
- Analytics service for collecting and analyzing user's visit data
- Service to manage and store user cookie preferences
- Accounting service
- The transfer of personal data to authorized processors (eg server hosting, SMTP service) takes place on the basis of agreements concluded between Taagz and the authorized processors. Authorized processors are obliged to ensure appropriate safeguards for the processing of personal data.
- If the user terminates the use of the service, the personal data related to him / her will be removed from the service, except for the data that is required by law to be retained.
- In the case of disputes related to payments and consumer disputes, personal data will be kept until the claim is fulfilled or the limitation period expires.
- Personal data required for accounting purposes shall be kept for seven years.
